I was very close to ditching this deck, but I decided to just post what I had anyway. The idea is to use as much deck discarding as possible and then ANB to do it all over again. I really wanted this deck to be 63 cards, but I felt like it was already lacking in battle-winners and other important cards. I think this needs some serious help if it's going to be playable. Advice is appreciated.

Is your good strong enough? You might not be able to rescue 5 if you use I am Holy.
-
I will probably use I Am Holy to discard Angels from hand with Chamber up. (Same with Abel as well.) I can also discard Search or Sword of the Lord and then get them back with Micah. I know the deck has problems; what I really need is advice on what to change.
-
Cool deck! I'd add a recursion combo to use at the end, like Micah + two bears, Lemuel + peace treaty. You need something to keep hamoring once they're decked out.
-
My hope was that I really wouldn't have to have much after so much discarding; Two Bears was definitely in the side-board, but I didn't think it was completely necessary. Belive me, I had a lot of trouble even getting this deck down to 70 cards; I ended up taking out quite a few battle-winners, which I think could really be a problem.
-
I'd take out wheel within a wheel... probably more evil.
-
The same thought crossed my mind more than once, but Wheel within a Wheel is just so fun, and it's all I really have for red besides the discarding. If I were to take that out, I think I might be inclined to just take out the Red completely.
-
No, amasai is totally awesome. But wheel within a wheel kinda stinks. Add in another ec/ee and keep jephtah and amasai.
-
And Warrior's Spear? Is that keepable?
-
Deck discard decks, in my experience, are tricky. You have to balance speed and the ability to discard enough cards to affect the game. This deck is going to be way too slow; you'll often discard half their cards and get them to their SoG/NJ twice as quickly as they would have normally. It's too much of a gamble.
You have to get it down to 56 to mitigate the possibility of not hitting their SoG or NJ and giving them the game on a silver platter.

Yeah. Ask Gabe, he had a pretty effective one.
-
Funny you should mention that. ;)
If you promise to keep the decklist to yourself I'll PM you with my "Deck Destoryer". The current version has an impresive 18-2 record but it's still not a deck I play very often in offial games. It's a lot of fun to play though!! ;D
-
I would like that very much Mr. Gabe. :)
-
If you want to kill it, use panic demons. ::)
-
You've got a PM.
-
Well after seeing that PM I think I'll toss this deck; it really isn't my play style and even if I could perfect it, eh...
If anyone has the heart to adopt this abandoned deck and give it a home, you will be greatly rewarded in heaven. :P

I'll adopt it! I actually had a fairly similar T2 deck that ran along the same principles and it was so fun! I ran into similar problems. Let me tell you how successful it was-when I played my kids, they always wanted to play "daddy's discarding deck" because they were assured of a victory! :D
Not a very good compliment to my deck building skills! :-X

Can I have that pm as well. I would like to work some more on my deck discard deck.
