Since you're trying to have a balanced deck, I would shoot for 8 heroes, 10 good enhancements, 8 evil characters, and 10 evil enhancements. I believe that will give you a good start and then you can tweak your deck from that point.

Maybe something like this:

Green Brigade
-   Obadiah
-   Miriam
-   Aaron
-   Hur

Green Enhancements
-   Visions
-   Habakkuk Stands Watch
-   Plagues of Frogs
-   Trust in the Lord
-   Sowing the Seed

Yellow Brigade
-   Moses
-   Woman at the Well
-   Women of Israel
-   Elders of Israel

Yellow Enhancements
-   Battle prayer
-   Plague of Boils
-   Water from a Rock
-   Taking Egypt’s Wealth
-   Plague of Hail

Crimson Brigade
-   Herod Aggrippa I
-   Arioch
-   Red Dragon
-   Sapphira

Crimson Enhancements
-   Deceit of Sapphira
-   Dream
-   Apprehended
-   Imitating Evil
-   Lying unto God

Black Brigade
-   Disbelieving Sadducees
-   High Priest Annas
-   Sadducees
-   Temple Guard

Black Enhancements
-   Pride of Simon
-   Denying Blame
-   False Witnesses
-   Any black enhancement #1
-   Any black enhancement #2

This should get your offense and defense heading in the right direction.

I agree in most part, but I would say 9 and 8 rather than 8 and 10. It's almost never a good idea to have more enhancements than characters.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

Thanks guys for this input, helping out a lot. If I keep to a sadducee/pharisee defense with splash crimson, will it matter what offense I go with? I am thinking green OT prophet with splash yellow, but not sure if that will make much sense with what i have or will be desiring to get.

I personally recommend teal and green. A tabernacle/Solomon's temple + Glory of the Lord + BotC and Covenant with Levi/Phineas makes your priests practically bulletproof, Hur + gifts is insane, and Midwives can bring back Hur. Btw, tabernacle can be better than Sol's temple if you use teal Aaron or Covering the sacred Relics in case you don't get GotL. However, this does require a lot of priests packs, which is far different from the disciples you got.
ANB is good. Change my mind.
