Wheel Within a Wheel is good if you have any OT angels...or even if you don't actually. And Live Coal can be good, or at least better than Flaming Sword. But I wouldn't go straight angels if I were you. They work well with Prophets or Judges, but not so much alone.
As for Black, I don't know what you use now, but if you add any of the new cards for black, you'll pretty much want to use all of them, because all black really gets is a pretty exclusive new theme and cards that go with that, although I suppose Stone of Thebez can be used in any black deck.
However, if you use Philistines for black, then you must get a Goliath. He's not from the new set, but he's a regional promo, and he's the best character Phillies have so far.
