I suggest adding Destruction of Nehushtan and taking out Dart.  I would also suggest taking out False Wisdom and putting in Naaman's Chariot and Horses.  Furthermore, I would suggest taking out Shaphat and putting in Naaman.

I'd also remove laughter for chains.

Why not make them all genesis Heroes?  there are a lot more cards that work well with genesis heroes

Take out HT for GOYS, put in DoN, FA, get in chariot, and the advice about naaman w/ chariots and horses was good.

Angel at Shur (promo) is a great silver genesis Hero who can help you dig out any OT male hero  including most of  your genesis heroes (or Captain for that matter).  My genesis Decks always come with Angel at shur (plus he is immune to demons)

Levi bands to simeon and has site access.  Plus band both of them together and then drop abrahams survant to UR and you have 23/21 FBTN goodness.

I like Dan for the extra drawing capacity or the ability to make an opponent d/c a card from hand.  When using Dan and emperor Galba in combination you can make your opponent d/c 2 cards a turn from their hand.  It really adds up after awhile.

What does the roman prison do for you?  Why choose the roman prison over Hormah? any reason I am not seeing?

Night raid is a great grey capture enhancement that creates a LS for you to rescue on your next turn.

Just a few suggestions.

roman prison for one is good to keep up with the genesis/rome theme and also i can either d1 or reveal from opponent's hand

I'd personally go with Hormah, because:
A) You can protect an LS from being rescued
B) You already have plenty of cards to choose from to discard a card from their hand, so this one extra won't help that much (not as much as Hormah will)

i'm not trying to go for a deck of d/c's
i'm going for whatever works for a genesis/roman deck
and hormah is neither genesis or a roman place.
and how is that gonna help me if i only have it and 7 lost souls?

Human EC (dying AFTER battle, such as an archer) + LS (and when possible, the site doubler LS) + Hormah = 1-2 Lost Souls put on the bottom of the deck, where they'll stay if you don't shuffle.  I include Hormah in EVERY deck I make, since I haven't made an all-orange deck, and because it can help limit my opponent on how many lost souls he has available.

Expelling the Jews will only work on two of your characters. Balaam's Disobedience might be a better battle winner. You may also want a negate like Unsuccessful rather than Fearfulness.

For the offense, I recommend Obedience of Noah and perhaps Jacob Buries the Foreign gods.
