When you say "get rid of", do you mean permanently?
Counsel of Abigail and
Foreign Sword can both get rid on an evil fortress temporarily, and are easy to splash into many top offenses.
"Today" can get rid of an evil fortress in set-aside.
Razor can hit an evil fortress in a territory.
The Flood discards all evil fortresses in play.
Also, Demon defenses have access to possibly the most flexible discard in the game:
Partners With Demons. It can literally negate/discard any card in an opponent's territory, except a LS.
Desecrate the temple (can also get a dom from a deck if there isn't a fort out.
Unfortunately (or fortunately? Depends
) DtT only hits Temples. So it wouldn't be very reliable if you put it in a deck as a way to take out fortresses, unless you were only concerned about The Tabernacle, Solomon's Temple, Zerubabbel's Temple, or Herod's Temple.
