Depends on the offence. If the offence is slightly smaller and at least above average fast, than Canaanites are great. If it is slower and somewhat larger, or even just somewhat larger, than Philistines are awesome.

You could allways go for Assyrians/Magicians if your deck is small enough, or just one of them.

I'm kinda in a rush but my offence is 9 heroes and 7 enhancements, sorry I'm not that descriptive!

That's okay. I would use a slightly larger one, mostly a delaying one since you have angels. Are you talking about the judges angels or angels in general? If just judges angels, than a good one is a larger cannnite defence, 6-8 characters, and 5-6 enhancements.
If you have more angels than a good one is assyrians since you can make them slightly larger, and no have your whole deck focus on ASA.
I currently use a 56 card judges deck with a 20 card offence and a 17 card defence. That includes fortresses and supporting sites/arts for them.
