I'm not sold on Faith of Moses' Parents, but that's probably my paranoia of giving my opponent unlimited initiative. I'd prolly use Live Coal or Faith of Abel.
I might also swap E Rebel for Astrologers just to increase your odds of having a Babylonian around for Drawn Sword and Forest Fire.
Hosea might be better than Micah...if you get the point where you actually need Micah, I think you're in trouble anyway...
They can play anything they want as long as I get a soul. With Three Woes, not even Besieging the City will scare me. And I've come back from Great Image, especially since Ezekiel recurs The Watchman.
E Rebel is pretty great. I usually haven't had problems for needing Babylonians or Ezekiel, since I have Kings o' the Earth and Babylon/Harlot for Babylonians. Astrologers would go in if the defense was more magician-themed since he easily gets the Ezekiel DAEs, but in my experience banding usually makes for a stronger block.
Micah is there solely to recur David's Music for an easy win against demons, but I've never used him even when I've pulled DM from Reserve. Hosea would probably never be used either, as Micah and Hosea are both pretty weak attacks, and I have even less backup for Hosea since he doesn't recur anything. If Watchman could exchange for Nathan, he'd be in there for sure.
