Eric's CASUAL deck Number Six - Priests and Demons

** THIS IS A CASUAL DECK, NOT INTENDED TO WIN ANY HUGE TOURNAMENTS.  It is an attempt at showing a sample of a deck for newer players.  Substitute in other cards for the rares/ultra-rares as needed.  **

63 Cards - 8 Lost Souls
Artifacts - Priestly Crown, Unholy Writ, Chariot of Fire, The Silver Trumpets
Covenants - Covenant with Levi, Covenant with Phinehas
Fortresses - Tartaros, Spiritual Realm
Dominants - Son of God, Angel of the Lord, Burial, Christian Martyr, Destruction of Nehushtan
Heroes - Phinehas son of Eleazar, Eli the Priest (Priests), Joshua the High Priest, Priests of Christ, Seraiah the High Priest, Ahimaaz (Priests), Amariah the High Priest, Azariah the High Priest, Zadok
Hero Enhancements - Holy Unto the Lord, Burning Incense, Phinehas' Spear, Passover & Unleavened Bread, Jordan Interrupted, Scapegoat, Perpetual Priesthood, Pentecost, Trumpet Blast, Zeal for the Lord, Jehoida's Strength
Evil Characters - Prince of this World (Priests), Prince of the Air, Enchanter (TxP), King of Tyrus (Priests), Wandering Spirit (TxP), Fallen Angel (Priests), Blinding Demon, Seizing Spirit, The Thief, Spirit of Temptation (TxP), Seven sons of Sceva
Evil Enhancements - Destructive Sin (TxP), Pride in the Past, Sinning Hand, Corrupted, Deafening Spirit, Pride in Position, Price before Calamity, Following Demons, Lying Unto God, Evil Armor, Two Possesed by Demons

Theory:  Not much to tell.  Tried to put the best of the "House of Eleazar group" in this deck.  Going exclusively Demons can be dangerous, but as long as all your ECs are not out at what time it should do OK.  This deck recently played my FBTN deck to a stalemate, because the demons have big numbers :)  I hope this helps some newer players with some ideas.

Three Nails nom nom nom. SSS alone doesn't cut it, you need The Pit and/or Captured Ark.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

Yes, Captured Ark would be a good addition, but all those are in my other decks.  I don't know what The Pit does.  I also no't know what "nom nom nom" is?  Thanks :)

I don't know what The Pit does.

It's an evil fort that you place a demon of */7 or greater in to negate Three Nails while the demon remains. It came out in Angel Wars.

I believe that's the sound of Three Nails devouring your deck, but I could be mistaken.

I know this is a beginner deck, but with an orange defense Gates of Hell and Wandering Spirit are both 100% necessary.  Those two cards alone makes orange a viable defense, even if you aren't using the bottom dwelling aspect of Gates, its still worth it to be able to band in a demon or simply add one to battle when there aren't any left.
Gates of Hell is by far the best card in the game.  No questions asked.

Thanks.  I do have Gates of Hell and should probably add it.  I think Wandering Spirit is already in here?
