Recommend against Jubilee, as Abe's Kids will meet all your recurring needs. Obviously modify the list if you don't have certain cards, but what you're looking at there is an A-grade Geneptians deck.If you do nothing else, get rid of the cards on my list (CoF can stay if Judah is one of the Heroes you don't have, and some of the site access can stay if you don't have Abel, Creation of the World and Journey to Egypt).
The point of the defense in a Geneptians deck is to draw a lot and get a few easy blocks via Wonders Forgotten and Failed Objective. You can easily expect to draw 11 cards off the defense in a given game, and when combined with the speed of the offense you should be able to win with just the two reliable blocks.

It's a utility card. Guaranteed site access if he should happen to run into sites, with the added bonus of killing mirror decks. Some Genesis offenses don't use it, but I think the security of never getting jilted by a rogue Silver Site defense is worth the cardslot.
What a fantastic card! I can't believe I'd never thought of it before. Drop it right before a FO or WF and not only deny the rescue this turn, but also next turn with the added benefit of a -3 to the opponent's speed. Brilliant!
Agreed, but I'm a big fan of dropping some form of horses then WF. If they're not attacking with a Banding chain or FbtN (it happens sometimes!), getting a +6 or 7 to your defense will almost always net a successful block.
Ehhh if u were using an offense that played AoCP then sure but I wouldn't sweat it.
