Well, if you're still here I bet you'd love to hear more about how a Ruth offense is testing in LoC. In my best assessment it is a viable option for T1. It's not quite on par with the "Throne" decks that have dominated in recent years, or even with the new crowd favorite - flood survivors. But I'm sure we'll see some Ruth decks with varying levels of success after LoC releases.
