How do I make a Paypal transaction?

I'm thinking about trying to sell some cards, but I don't want to have to go through ebay with all of its fees. Is there a way to directly make a transaction through Paypal?

You would need to set up an account with PayPal. A PayPal account is free, but takes a couple of days to get set up. After that folks can just send you money if they know your e-mail or cell phone address.
