Simple to you because they weren't your cards or money. Since you don't know the whole story in any of the cases, your post is pointless and presumptuous.

Tracer's policy was unknown publicly when I posted. He made a mistake and admitted it, which is why I posted a resolution. Your post here only opens a wound unnecessarily.

Regarding Vasbear's post, getting cards lost in the mail or shredded in the automated machines happens. But when the same thing happens three times in three different trades over the course of a year, then I have reason to be suspect. The fact that the last one was an FSP in a trade for over $150 worth of cards makes it unacceptable. If sending cards in a white envelope fails the first two times, then don't keep sending them in white envelopes.

I do not understand where you pull the three times in one year all iin different trades from? i have only ever had one come back and one get lost (the rest must have made it through i myself not informed).

You may not remember, since they were a while ago a this point. Our first trade that got "lost in the mail," you sent a "new set of cards" to replace them (fortunately you had doubles of all of them). I had to wait almost a month, but I got the cards. I was hesitant to trade a second time, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt. This time the cards were "returned to sender." You had to "resend" them. Again, I had to wait almost a month for my cards. The third time came much later, and only because I desperately wanted the FSP promo. That time I did not send my cards right away as I had in the past. After a couple weeks, I PM'd you to see if you had sent the cards out, to which you said "Yes." Another week passed and you PM'd me to say that you had not seen my cards yet. At that time I told you that I had never sent them out because I was waiting for your FSP, considering what had happened the previous two times. Only after then, another week later, did I get the "FSP got lost in the mail" message.

I'm not sure why you posted in this thread that you had to send my cards back, since I never sent mine in the first place. Perhaps that was someone else?

Must haave been some one else but as you have said in your post that was in the past and even you gave me another chance, but the FSP i did trade to i remember gettng delayed, but i have held three, i still own one, i trade one to you and i lost one in the to the mail that hasn't arived to this day.

For the record, I never got the FSP. However, I do agree with you that it was in the past. My post (from back then) in the trade references thread simply said that I would not send my cards to you until I received yours first. I think our history would warrant that. With that said, if you agreed to those terms, then I would trade with you again. We all deserve a chance to "save face," so I will not argue that point.

and basied on the history that you have with me this is fair...but if no one ever stands up for me i will never get out of this hole that a system has put me thus i stand up for my self.

I have already given you an option in our PM.  You do that, and I will sing your praises.  That is how you dig out of a hole like this.  You "WOW" people with service above and beyond.

I would like to give a to Da Muzik Maker and TDK. DMM and I had a recent trade where his cards were sent very quickly and in great condition, and TDK purchased a card and sent the money very promptly as well. I just wanted to point them out here since they are both younger players without as much trading credibility yet, so I thought I would build it up.

Ring Wraith is a rude person. He kicks cute little animals, yells at the freshmen, steals grocery carts to build a fort, and throws old people's walkers into trees.
