We're having a week of prayer at church, and a parent asked me if I could look after their kids while they were in service.
No problem, I thought to myself. They already love Redemption, I'll get a few games in.
Tonight was different than our usual playgroups. Some of the kids started asking about different characters and why they were good/evil. I pointed them to the verse, and explained that you could read more.
Amazing. We don't expect an elementary school child to understand the concept of Biblical context, but he got it right away, and said he'd look it up as soon as he got home.
But that's not all
Their grandmother came to pick them up, and I introduced her to the game. She then introduced me to someone else, and someone else, and I had told quite a few people of all ages about Redemption. Some of them showed interest in playing, and getting secular people into it.
Every time I introduce someone to Redemption, I'm reminded of how great it is.
