Mine is the prophet one that reveals 3 cards from your opponent's hand.

I like the Musician one that lets you grab a Hymn from the discard pile, Makes me want to sing "Gloria, Gloria, Hallelujah"

I like the musician one. but I'm not sure if I'd do that or band to FSP. I'd kinda want myself to be USEFUL and I'm really not sure about the hymns thing.

Is that really the ability? Yikes. I'm betting this will be the most popular one once people see the Hymns.

I can't think of any that would be...since most of the currently existing musical enhancements are just titled something generic like "singing" or something.

No. But there is a spoiler leaked by Bryon (with help from uthminister) about three of the hymns that are being made.

I can't imagine Rob ever allowing super abilities on custom cards. I expected them to be middling cards that players would use as niche cards to fit in their decks (NT musician, anyone?). In fact, I believe the identifiers will be more important than the SAs for most players. Even where that may not be the case, a card may fit a deck concept nicely. My daughter doesn't play musicians, but another NT female hero fits with her TGT-based deck.

Agreed. I think the fact that it's a card of yourself makes up for the fact that the SA's are less than stellar. Besides, since I am currently not sure if I'll be able to go to Nats, I wouldn't be thrilled to see people come to other tournaments with cards only they can use when I never got such a chance. I have a chance of getting the new promo (if it is released) through trades, but the custom cards aren't available like that.

Abilities may be lame but There are several factors that can make up for it.

First of all the banding and site access are pretty decent. Those abilities can come in very handy at times.

Second a couple of not lame things:

NT Prophet = Not lame
NT Musician = Very not lame.

now..if only I was a chick. I have never wanted to be a woman so bad in all my life...
