potifar's wife capture question

ok so here is my question If my opponent rescues with a male hero and I block with potiphar's wife(sa reads-when character defeats a male hero in the field of battle, the hero is taken prisoner and placed in your opponent's land of bondage and treated as a lost soul) I then play enslaved by egypt(SA reads- if used by an egyptian capture a hero cannot be negated if egypt is in play) would the captured hero go in my land of bondage or my opponents? basically i wanna know if the "defeated" part of potiphar's wife is only intended for discarding and withdraw abilities.

Opponent's, since Wife was active first.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
