The Still Legal Deck Discard

This one is a bit more convoluted but has the advantage of not costing you the rest of your deck.

ET@Unified Kingdom to bring in Elishabiboo who places The Long Day on Soldier of God, the other Teal placer who places Stillness on Soldier of God, Asahel with Warrior's Spear who then bands to Soldier of God. This only works the once, because you still have to recur Unified Kingdom.

However, if you begin this combo by placing Unified Kingdom (which should be easy with the two placers you're using), add Lemuel to the mix and it's infinitely recursion via Philosophy or anything else you want to use for ET to recover.

In short, it requires 13 cards to use so it's large, but no one part of the combo is useless on its own. You have room for a fully-functioning Red-Teal-Purple offense (much easier to do than you would expect), the placing Heroes are grossly under-estimated anyway, and unlike the other combo you 1. don't have to wait until it's all set up to act (since you can use the combo even if you've already played the important enhancements earlier) and 2. it doesn't require a specific hand to be useful, only 10 certain cards in play or in your hand at the beginning.

Sure it's not a lock when you get it, but it's powerful enough and unobtrusive enough to warrant some play.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

The problem with this combo is that ET and all the other heroes can't reenter battle that same turn, so you can only do it once a turn.

Also, Asahel only bands to OT heroes and Soldier is NT, so this doesn't work.

Make asahel to abishai and it works.

If you withdraw from battle, you can't reenter battle again in that same turn. Believe me if it was to the contrary I would have had a fun time last year - I had a 100 card Jacob, Warriors spear deck built, and ready to go before I got rule against.

*sigh* Yet another ruling to make combo decks impossible and speed the only option.

I had the impression that the ruling was to temper speed decks; chains of Long Day, drawing cards, and withdrawing can't be duplicated with the same Heroes in a single turn.

In T1 I don't see how that remotely describes a speed deck. If it is the cause of the ruling, make it apply to the type where it's broken and not the type where it would be a difficult combo. T2 already has different rules anyway, so why is it when someone breaks T2, they make a rule that applies to both types?

This ruling has been around for at least 3 years, and maybe alot longer than that.  There are a couple legal ways to get around it, however.
