...Simon the Zealot. Literally. He may just as well save the category from timing out almost every game due to lack of searches thanks to Nazareth:
Simon the Zealot (Di)
Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Red/Purple • Ability: 7 / 4 • Class: None • Special Ability: Negate and discard Rome and a N.T. Idol. First Strike. Protect your hand and deck from opponents' cards while this Hero remains in play. • Identifiers: NT Male Human, Disciple • Verse: Luke 6:13-15 • Availability: Disciples booster packs ()
It's been ruled that Protects target, and so a protect can't protect an already protected card (See Thaddeus vs. Trembling Demon). So if you are able to get StZ's ability active, you might have a shot at protecting your deck from being protected from searching. So feel free to use all the Searches you want. Just make sure you have Simon.

Just make sure you get his ability active before Nazareth gets out.

Or while Nazareth is negated, such as with Benedictus...I'm not saying it's a great solution, but it is a solution.

Fantastic. This seems much easier then my solution of recurring Benedictus (fo' CP), hoping I draw it, and then spamming Trumpet Blast/Land Dispute. Now I can replace those Blasts with more Zeals :D.
I was going to bump myself down to 2 or 3 Nebbys instead of 5 thanks to Nazareth. Now I can stay at 5 until people realize that Kings Mike > AW Mike

Kings Mike > AW Mike
Yeah, when I realized that Kings Mike stopped Nebby, I was very grateful that there was an advantage of using Awesome Hair, Sword, and Muscles Mike instead of Buzz Lightyear Mike.

he will also become even more popular next year because of the daniel promo.
