John was a baptist.
I'm not saying it like a bad thing.Baptists are Christian and that is all I care about. We are all brothers and sisters in Christ.

I can respect that answer. I am not a baptist, but I go to a baptist church. The church I attend holds closest to the Christian Ideals I believe in. It also helps that they embraced Redemption whole heartedly and are the main reason there is even Redemption happening in MD.

Don't take this the wrong way or as negative towards baptists, but how can you say you go to a baptist church without being baptist? By attending the church, you are passively upholding and agreeing with the ideas espoused by the church. I do not understand how you can find such a dichotomy about it.
Possibly he could be attending the church because he's in a transitional period, his parents want him to, there's a really good looking female in the youth group...Or he's just not a member, and sees that as the test of Baptistism.
