I can understand why, when Priests first came out, that there were three teal sites and all of them had a special ability - so that someone could not have 7 teal sites in their deck and frustrate players who did not have Priests cards.

But haven't we waited long enough to have a plain Jane teal site now?  It just seems odd that in every other color of site I can have 7 of the same color in my deck, which IS a viable strategy in this game, but I can't do that with Teal?  Can someone please explain why none of the tins or expansions since Priests came out have added plain teal site (or have they and I just missed it?)?  It can't be only lack of heroes now, since there are so many cards that give someone site access.

With the new reg coming out this summer, as well as the change in drawing three for the player who goes second, a new rulebook has to be made, which means new starter deck. So I would think a small release of something mostly N.T./themes to come out this year and next year a new starter/rulebook be announced and then we should get our new site. So to sum up, it won't be for another 18 months.

That isn't for sure, in fact, it has been said/confirmed that the next set is not a starter.  I agree a new rulebook is needed, but that doesn't mean a starter is coming.  I hope it is though.

Next let will be nothing but sites.

Not really necessary.  Most brigades already have 2 or 3 Sites with a special ability.
