Here's an idea: Besides using normal self capture idolaters or persian presidents, you could use of holy grail to convert a syrian or egyptian to a hero, then self capturing them w/king asnappar.  Or you could convert a philistine to a hero, then capturing them with the tartan.   

instead of wasting holy grail uses, either use I amPatience or the grey healing card
