Very interesting competitor strategy

Okay, how hard would it be to get past a 500 card deck with 300 defensive cards? Pretty hard, right? But no one does it in a real tournament because you always time out. Well here's a way to make it work, it will only work if you are at a top table.

If you are playing someone for first place, and you need one game to be undefeated, and if you win you will be the only undefeated, bust out your behemoth. Even if you time out, you're still undefeated. You take the win and PLAN on timing out. This strategy would seem to work very well.  ;D

The only problem is that the game wouldn't be fun, and some people play to have fun and not just win.

But good idea though.  :P

Oh, I have SO much fun with big decks. Any anyways, people have complained about strategies that don't let your opponent have fun, and most people say that the object is to build a good deck and have fun, not make sure your deck maximizes your opponent's joy.

And trust me, 500 card decks are SO much fun.  :) Now if only I could get that many cards and try to pull it off at nationals...
