Oh, and romans destroy Jerusalem. By itself.

lying spirit - any emp with namaans horses. Twice afflicted, rome destroys...  = rome destroyed twice.
dhbi with an idol up(gathering of demons)-lying spirit-any emp(habitation of Demons) - Evil spawn orange = Rome destroyed infinately. Yes this does take  6 cards but it isn't that hard. you really only need 2 colors.
Make the idol ashera pole. Laugh evily.

Rome active, Terrifying Beast banded to an emperor with Naaman's Horses and Chariot, plays Mask of Fear....Even without Mask, this is a pretty good combo.

It's likely better without Mask, as it will undo the banding and drawing.

I'm rather fond of blocking with any of the discard-from-the-top Egyptians and playing Begging to Go Back. They discard three cards from their deck, I pick my favorite evil character from their discard pile to place on the top of their deck, I let my EC die, and then I use Unknown Nation to pull out Queen Tahpenes to steal the EC I just placed on their deck.

If you die, you aren't even able to use UN, are you?...because the battle's over.

Exactly. Dying via the #=no UN.

oh you no what?! :o :o ;D ;D if you use the get a card back combo with orange and then you can always get back RDJ cause its multi birgade. what does Obidiah's caves do again?

lying spirit - any emp with namaans horses.

You mean this?

Ob caves=prophets cant be captured, any removed from the game are placed on this fort. Any heroes in this fort are shuffled into deck at end of turn.

Rome Destroys Jerusalem.

Oh...then yeah.
Title: Re: RoA combos
Post by: Lamborghini_diablo on October 20, 2008, 06:27:03 PM
No, you're correct. You do need a roman in addition. I think you inspired me to try a roman/demon defense.

*EDIT*

I think RDJ says ALL fortresses except rome. This means you discard BOTH all N.T. heroes AND all forts.
Title: Re: RoA combos
Post by: TheKarazyvicePresidentRR on October 20, 2008, 06:34:59 PM
exept you need an emp cause it say (if used by a roman empoer discard a N.T hero and all fortress and any contents inside it) that is if i am corect. it might not say if use by an emporer.. and one question sience RDJ say's discard a N.T hero and all fortress and any contents inside it does that mean only N.T fortress or does that mean all N.T and O.T fortress

Uhm.......

oh you no what?! :o :o ;D ;D if you use the get a card back combo with orange and then you can always get back RDJ cause its multi birgade. what does Obidiah's caves do again?

Again I already stated that fact. You are correct you need an emp. All means all. All forts die

Yeah, that would be a help (if you even had it), but I still think three brigades is rather difficult to handle.

You can do the same thing with Heavy Taxes to play that a second time which I personally think is better.

Wait...does it not matter that the Emperor is the one who used NC&H? Twice afflicted says, "If used by a demon..."

The Throne of David:
Quote
Type: Fortress • Special Ability: When your purple brigade King is blocked, if no Evil Character in battle has a weapon, you may draw X cards and play an O.T. purple brigade Enhancement. • Attributes: X = the number of evil brigades your opponent has in play
I love this combo also - extremely hard to stop.
