Oh, and philistines need a king achish.

Yes and yes!
This is a good thread. I'm weeks away from school, and I'm getting re-fired up about playing.

I think Egyptions need more deck discard.

When it comes to deck and hand discard, we need more cards that do these things. We also then need more protection from them, as well as more ways to get around that protection, thus adding more strategy to the game without making anything too OP.

I'm not sure about that. A lot of EG's discarding cards are able to get rid of Lost Souls, and I never use those for fear of lockage. If they made a card that increaced the security against discarding Lost Souls, that would probably be just as effective as adding more discarding, at least for me.

true, true. but Huge Egyptian doesn't. I guess Evil Spawn and Egyptian Horsemen do. Pagan Sack, Egyptian Spear, Given Over to Egypt. and Begging to Go Back, Seemingly Insignificant do not. I'm sure there are others...
also, there's an evil gold that takes care of that...

Seemingly insignificant actually can discard a LS, as can Begging to Go Back, but the latter is usually not a problem uless you discard two Lost Souls, because you can put a LS back on top for the second ability. Huge E, Queen T, E Spear, Pagan Sac, Given Over to Egypt, and maybe Begging and SI are pretty much the only EG discarding cards I would consider using, and since most of those are Enhs. that will take up too much space, I feel like EG is one of the least viable strategies in the game right now.

I said that they do not.  I was listing why gold really doesn't need more discard. personally, Egyptians are in the top 3.

Eh, I think they do to make deck d/c more viable but I'm biased.

besieging the city.
and if we wanted to discard from hand, we'd use gray.
and by "we" I definitely mean gold users...

This confused me in context of the rest of your post. Did you mean, "we'd use grey"?

Maybe an evil gold place card, territory card, or curse that pulls lost souls out of an opponent's deck? Also yes a Words of Discouragement for evil gold would be nice, but maybe a another type of card that stops them from drawing three a turn.
Artifact
I am not sure of a name- some sort of Egyptian Relic used for worship.
Opponent can only draw two cards per draw phase.

I will kill you in your sleep if this happens.* SSoS recurrence means extra (CBP) recurrence of all orange demons, which don't even need recurrence in the first place.

*This was a joke. I am a God-fearing human being and would never venture to take someone's life into my own hands. I do not promote murder in any form.

Why would someone Discard those two? Get SoG and NJ becomes useless, freeing up a slot to get rid of something else.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
