What are some of the better ways to get rid of Rain Becomes Dust?

This shouldn't be in ruling questions.

You could use, Destruction of Nehushtan, Captured Ark, Live Coal, Passover Hymn, Assyrian Siege Army, Foreign Sword among other things.

Abraham's Descendent can get rid of it too. There's also Joseph's Silver Cup if you want to keep your opponent from activating RBD.
