...and speaking of Districts, the promo's should have some impact on the new meta as well, since I'm sure new cards created will target winning decks.

Yeah, I anticipated it after Regionals.  At least twice at nats somebody played SSS/DoU and not realize I had Thorns out. It was probably the number 1 difference maker between my deck and other The Decks, which all used Hormah/DoU and stuff.

I do use I am Healing occasionally to stop CBP though.

The main difference between Westy's deck and my deck (and Chris' deck) was the placing.
