I've never done this at a tournament, but if you battle challenge or rescue with The Destroyer, use his ability, have covenant of Eden active, and have chamber of angels, you can use Destroyer unlimited times. Has anyone else done this??

Yup, it's fun combo, but it takes a while to set up, and takes a long to to cycle through since you have to wait for chamber. Another good one is Angel of God plus Israelite Archer.
I've considered using this combo in the judges/Luke/silver/Abomb turtle I've been planning to make.

Unless you have a good way of recycling silver enhancements, eventually you're going to run out (and silver is very dependent on enhancements to win battles, with a few exceptions).

This is true but if you save The Destroyer for a time when you don' t have access then you don't have to worry about burning an enhancement...

Sounds fun.
This combo could be useful but the best battle challenge, IMO, is definitely Angel under the Oak --> Samuel --> Armorbearer --> Ishmaiah --> Asahel --> King Hiram ;)

ITT: People who don't think the best battle challenge is Green Prophet + Hidden Treasures + ANB in a T2 multi game.

That is not a combo because Holy Grail cannot be used in battle.

Holy Grail says, "Holder may convert one Human Evil character per turn into a hero in the Brigade color of holders choice. holder is limited to such conversions per game." It doesn't say you can't use it during battle.

Holy Grail has an errata that states it can only convert an evil character in territory.

It actually has errata that reads:
Holy Grail - Once per turn holder may convert a human evil character in a territory to a hero in brigade of holder's choice. Holder is limited to two such conversions per game.
