You can take the best advantage of this in teams.
I teammate has a 50 card deck to get the combo out faster and the other teammate runs a 154 card deck so that they can include 3 copies of the lost souls. Both decks include Babylonian Banquet Halls and Babylons.
The ideal scenario: As a team you get 8 Babylonian sites out. You then put 4 deck discard souls and 4 hand discard souls into BBH (use Gates of Hell to get the rest of the souls out if they are not already). This discards 8 cards from both opponents. You then play The Prodigal Returns to empty the site and then put all the souls back in. Your teammate can do the same thing on their turn. Use Battle Prayer to search for the Prodigal and do it again. Even use Threatened Lives to place beneath, Gates of Hell to pull the souls out, and Large Tree or Well reopened to get the site back and do it again.
Now of course it is very unlikely to get all of this to line up exactly but if you get even half of it, it could win you the game.
The negating lost soul is probably the biggest problem for this.
