OK IM SICK AND TIRED OF IT SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO KILL THIS STUPID COCKROACH OF A BRIGADE
-
First of all, stop using all caps; it's annoying.
Second of all, teal is one of the weakest standalone brigades nowadays because of its lack of female and NT heroes.
Specifically what about it annoys you? The Zerubbabel's Temple protection? That can easily be bypassed, first of all with unconventional battle-winners, and second of all with fortress negaters such as Image of Jealousy, Destructive Sin, Land Dispute, Axe, Spreading Mildew, and Assyria Conquers Israel, covering all the evil brigades except Grey.
-
the whole stupid brigade ive tried demons ive tried philistines i still lose and im getting sick and tired of it. just tell me a defense to smash it into the ground period end of day for teal bye bye poc bye bye joshua all of it must die now
-
how does assyria's tribute stop z temple?
-
By...discarding it?
-
You must be thinking of Assyria Conquers Israel.
-
Yes, that is what I meant.
-
set fire works pretty good too.
-
nope none of that is a defense to kill smokey i want a set defense characters and enhancements to rip smokey apart
-
Those pesky teal cards will NEVER hurt your uber evil characters if you just play defenseless.
-
try brown and orange, that way you have both image of jealousy and destructive sin.
-
Use black - Use amon to recur the one enhancement that unnegatably repels priests every time ;)
-
Sites typically give teal a hard time. So does Ashera Pole.
-
Ah, sorry its not unegatable but its nasty -
Blemished Sacrifices
Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Black • Ability: 2 / 4 • Class: None • Special Ability: Evil Character repels all good Priests. Negate all special abilities on Enhancements used by good Priests this turn. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Malachi 1:8 • Availability: Priests booster packs (Common)
Thats the one you want ;) only Joshua playing Zeal or Jordan Interupted + Battle winner or Phin + Zeal can stop you now!
-
You forgot Scapegoat. Possibly the best negate GE of all time, and yep, it's teal.
-
blemished sacrifice and what do i do with the junk in every other game
oh and how i do this and still play 56 the all mighty 56 gotta be 56 56 56
-
Well, we've only mentioned like two cards, so the other 54 are pretty much up to you.
-
Pale green has the answers.
Paralysis => All Hope Lost + Dissuading Speech, choosing a Hero who would be killing you so that you retain initiative. Add in Palsy, Judah's Sin, and Incurable. There are no healing cards that are used by teal players that will stop this.
Sites => Priesthood Defiled would take care of Covenant with Levi and Pierced Heart would take care of Priestly Crown. Achan's Sin and Land Made Waste take down an access Site. Use Pergamum to make Dragon Raid moot, Assyria to bolster your Assyrians. Add in a couple negates and a couple battle winners, you shouldn't have much trouble against a purple offense.
Assyrians => The Tartan will negate ZTemple so you can capture or remove. Assyria Conquers Israel will get rid of ZTemple or make them discard ~4 cards from their deck. Assyrian Archer and The Rabsaris provide banding that makes Zeal for the Lord a non-battle winner while also protecting against Angel of the Lord being a battle winner. Assyrian Spoiler will whittle down their Artifact pile (and deck if you have Plunderers).

First things first, calm down...
Teal is no where close to being unstoppable. Though if they get the protection out, it is pretty hard to stop.
Sites work great, as others have mentioned. But the easiest way to stop Teal from beating you, is to beat it first. Try playing with an offensive heavy deck, with a small stand-alone defense. Teal does have Zeal and Jordan Interrupted, but a stand-alone character can easily serve as a block. Since teal requires specific cards for its protection to fully work, their defense will be lacking. Just attack quickly, hard, and show no mercy.

This is very true. I play teal and can only get past sites 2 times per game if I am lucky using Promised Land.
-
Which is why you splash a little of something else in too. XD
-
Go with NT heroes and use Confusion of Mind, Asherah Pole, and Golden Calf. I also did well in a tournament against a Z Temple deck with my grey suicide Raider's Camp capture deck. I kept capturing my own heroes, or his in territory, then letting my EC die. He never got intiative.

70 card black Philly site lock. Works every time. ;D This actually beats almost any brigade. :D

Lol isn't this the truth. I had a 70 cards site lock out and my friend had a 105 bab defense and I made him draw out and I won lol It took four hours but I won. (We were on RTS)
-
pfft and you lose to 50 card speed so hahaha
-
Brown Sites. Brown has all the answers.
Image of Jealousy negates Z's Temple.
Crucify Him discards his Lampy, Book of the Covenant, Covenant with Levi, and Covenant with Phine. all at one time!
the rest of it can be used to rip into teal, if they somehow find access.

You never learn.
