Haman's Plot Recursion

Use Haman's Plot with Haman's Gallows in play and Covenant of Eden in play.  Then use King Nadab or the new King Amon so you can use it over and over again.

I think it could be a powerful T2 defense (or T1)

Doesn't work, Cov of Eden only protects characters.

I can't think of a situation where this wouldn't be broken.

Is Esther ever used in today's decks?

Royalty decks, but seriously who plays that (besides half of the people at nats).

Really? I personally find Royalty to be pretty weak... (Not being sarcastic)

The guy who was undefeated the longest in t1-2p was playing royalty.

That seems a little strange... I would've assumed that Abom was what most were playing.

abom is too unreliable (as most combo decks are)...if your combo piece is on the bottom or nullified, you're pretty much toast.  i played against the nats royalty deck recently, and while at first sight it might seem a bit fluffy, it really is a powerhouse. i barely pulled of a 5-4 win against it, and was probably one of the best games i've played in a long time.

Oh trust me, I think A-bom as a strategy in Type-1 is pretty terrible. But there was some obsession with it (which I never fully understood why) so thus I assumed it would be the majority.

Royalty, in my opinion, is too easily stopped in too many different ways for it to be a top-tier deck. It has it strengths, but the weaknesses really hinder its ability to win.

What are it's weaknesses? It has high numbers, initiative, tons of CBN, easy recursion, drawing, preblock ignore, all of which are pretty reliable as far as I am aware.
