I've always seen Andrew, James, and John.
How many do you run in a solid Disciples deck? I'm running all the new ones plus Peter. Do you guys run more, less, or perhaps other purple/red heroes?
Why Andrew though? Just for the extra red hero and the extra Disciple?

CoT is a much better use of Andrew's slot.
Crown of Thorns. Since it decreases all EC's by 0/3, it's like dropping three more Disciples on the table for Thad.

It also kills a lot of pesky egyptians for TGT to work with Peter/John. Thanks for the input.Any other cool techs people have tried with it? Is there a brigade it works really well with, especially OT? I'd like to fit in Valley of Salt...
Unfortunately, Disciples will not blend. Other than a TGT splash, there's not really many interesting things you can do.
I hope you mean Bravery of David. If so, I would say that's probably a better choice nowadays.

I like Bravery of David because it discards ANY evil character if used by a wc, not just a male human.
Yeah, it's for sure a trade-off. But a negate is still good, which is why My Lord and My God is still good.
