I've found my next deck! but this still has nothing to do with purple, as they don't have spy or ahimaaz...

Or Rhoda. I find the best black/purple combos involve a quick punch to both eyes. Leaving then Black, Blue and purple.

Just think - You have a 1/3 Pharisee that will almost definitely have initiative; you block and play Babel to band in all your opp's EC's; hopefully, preferably, one of those EC's will have a ITB, play next enhancement on him (or maybe Jeering Youths would work), and so you can use it to play a battle-winner; your opponent will want to negate, and when he does, you can use JiP to not only win the battle, but completely eliminate your opp's defense.

Dont forget King zimri.  He does a good job of nuking the battlefield plus you can always play an Interupt after they give you initiative back.  If you get one that has an ITB card on it, be sure to play something that D/C EC and protects LS from capture like DoU or the one Babylonian one or Failed Objective.  They dont get initiative back to undo your mass nukeage of their EC's

Next time I make a Purple/Gold/Green/Silver deck, I'll try that out. ;)
