Crimson has the best Judean Kings/Queens with Maachah, Rehoboam, and Abijah, although black has Amon, Manasseh, and Jehoiakim. You could go with a single brigade, but whatever you use, you might as well throw in King Ahaz anyway, since he will be able to use most of the enhancements you have in your deck (maybe not so much with black). And, if you have him, you might as well have King Zedekiah and Dungeon of Malchiah as well...so yeah, pretty much Brown and Crimson is the best way to go, with High Places for Set Fire and other fun stuff.
