Title: Deceiver & Babylon the Harlot

Hello Gents:

The Deceiver says: "You may exchange this card with a human evil character from deck or reserve"

Will that work with Babylon the Harlot? Because technically, BtH begins as a site.

If it does work, would the card come into play as a site or a character?

NOTE: I apologize if someone just asked this, I can't find the old posts.

It does not work. At face value (i.e. in the deck), Babylon/The Harlot is a Site, and therefore not a legal target for The Deceiver.
