No, the matthew reference only exists in the REG and is not physically on the card.

AoCP is referenceless, so I would assume it's also Testamentless.

It has been ruled that players should disregard any information in the REG entry for AoCP that is not also printed on the card.

AoCP cannot be recurred with Matthew (Di).

Testaments are determined by the "date" of the card, all cards have Testaments.

Without a reference, the date cannot be ascertained. Also, it has no OT/NT identifier like other extra-Biblical cards. Therefore it seems to be Testamentless.

Antiochus has no reference, but he is OT, Vitellus has no reference, but he is NT.

REG is a reliable source, btw my AoCp has a Matthew reference (sarcasm, disregard this OP).

AoCP does not have a reference printed on it. (Newer promos at least have a reference, if not a full verse.) I know in the past for a card to be considered having a specific reference it had to actually be printed on the card, not understood from an outside source (like the REG), and I don't think this has ever been revoked.

This is different than the standard for testament. I can't find the ruling, but I recall that NT and OT for cards that do not have Biblical references is determined by whether or not the character lived during/after the life of Jesus or before. This applies even to characters well past the time of Christ, such as St. Patrick and custom heroes from Nats.
