Your opponent plays Thievery of Judas (Di):

Quote
If used by a N.T. human, each opponent must give you a card from hand or Artifact pile. You may discard a good Enhancement in play or set-aside.

You give them an Evil Dominant other than Christian Martyr. You then rescue with Stephen (TEC):

Quote
Reveal opponent’s hand. Shuffle all evil dominants except Christian Martyr into opponent’s deck. Acts Enhancements cannot be negated.

For the first time in Redemption history, you can shuffle your card into the opponent's deck, then call the judge over, claim the opponent's deck is now illegal because it has too many dominants, and win by default.

BOOM.

Cards shuffled into deck go into owner's deck by game rule.  Sorry to disappoint.

But but but but... special abilities override game rules!

There are hard game rules and soft game rules. Special abilities override soft game rules (like drawing extra cards or capturing to opponent's land of bondage, etc.). Hard game rules cannot be overridden by anything (cards always go to owner's discard/deck, you cannot rescue lost souls in your own land of bondage, etc.)

I remember the discussion about 'hard' game rules. It was mentioned when I brought up about shuffling a teammates disciples into your own deck via Fishing Boat.

The dominant cap is a deck building rule, not a deck containing rule. If somehow your dominant ended up in your opponent's deck (which it can't because of the game rule), your opponent would now have an extra dominant.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

Fiiiiiiiiine, I'll find another new card to break. Y'all just had to rain on my parade and ruin a combo that had less than 0% chance of happening.  :'(

Oh come now...were you really banking on a combo that required your opponent to play a specific card against you?  :P

Meanwhile, I'm going to go build a T2 MP Thievery of Judas deck...  ::)

Hey, control their hand and then steal SoG/NJ.  That's two free souls there!
