Good banding combo...?

Hi, i'm relatively new to Redemption.
Well, I've known about it for a while, but haven't been playing because i don't have much experience.
i was wondering if this was a good evil combo:

Beast from the Sea (Warriors, Pale Green, 6/6, Character may band to one demon or beast),
Fallen Angel (Priests, Orange, 6/8, May band to a demon. Cannot be prevented by a silver brigade Hero),
different Fallen Angel, same pic but different brigade (is that legal?) (Warriors, Crimson, 6/8, May band with any non-human Evil Character),
Lying Spirit (F Deck, Gray, 4/3, May band to any human Evil Character),
Lot's Wife (Women, Black, 3/3, May band with any Evil Character),
Gomer (Women, Crimson, 3/3, Character may band with any male Evil Character each turn),
Lahmi (Warrior, Yellow, 10/10, May band with Goliath),
Goliath (Unlimited Original, Black, 10/10, no ability).

I picked this combo first of all because I had it, and second it brought many brigades into the picture.
I have a few questions...
1) Is the fact that I have 2 Fallen Angels of the same picture but different brigade and ability legal?
2) Is this a legal combo?
3) Are there any improvements to this combo?
4) When Gomer says that she can band each turn, does that mean she can band in a new evil person each turn of battle? Or only one at a time? I don't really understand that...

Thanks in advance for the answers! Looking forward to getting to meet you all and the advice  ;D

1.  Fallen Angels are generic, which means yes, you can have multiple Fallen Angels.

2.  Yes, it is legal.

3.  Well...  Simple banding is definitely not that powerful.  There are a lot of cards that can just destroy the entire band.  IMO, this combo needs FBtN.

4.  Interpret Gomer's ability as a simple may band to a human hero.  However, if you have her, use the new TxP Gomer who is brown and CBN.

do you know what i could do if I wanted someone to help me build a deck? are there people who help with that?
Because that's basically all i need to get me on my feet properly. That and some new cards.
