9-Discard Turn?

Upon bashing the Egyptian deck-discard defense in stefferweffer's Single-color least favorites, I decided to try something new. Whilst looking through all my Gold EC's, I noticed that Outnumbered could bring all the characters who had SA's along the lines of discarding the top card of opponent's draw pile, which brings me to my question: Do discard SA's (such as having Huge Egyptian, gold Panic Demon, and Queen Tahpenes in FOB) stack up so they have to discard (in example above) the top 3 cards of their deck?
I'm sorry I crammed 11 cookies in the VCR.

Yes. Each character with a discard ability that enters battle discards one card from the opponent's deck.

Even situational discards, like gold Panic Demon and King Shishak? (Assuming block is successful)

that could be fun to destroy your opponent's deck.
