Are Gibeonite Trickery (Pa) and Gibeonite Trickery (RA2) the same card for deck building?

Gibeonite Trickery (Pa)
Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Brown • Ability: 0 / 4 • Class: None • Special Ability: Each Hero in battle gains 0/4 and the battle immediately ends. Ability can not be interrupted or prevented

Gibeonite Trickery (RA2)
Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Black • Ability: 0 / 6 • Class: None • Special Ability: If all the Evil Characters in battle are Canaanites and all of your evil Enhancements are O.T., end the battle. Cannot be negated.

Character cards with the same card title and the same art or with the same title and the same brigade are considered duplicates for deck building purposes.  A player may have only control one of these at any time.  The only exception to this rule is non-unique characters with different card art.

http://redemptionreg.com/REG/Master/gloss_duplicatecards.htm

I haven't found anything that addresses the issue for enhancements.  If they follow the same rules, the Gib Trick's would be the same card (same title + same art), but the Blood of the Lamb's would be different (enhancements are generic and they have different art).  So I don't think that's right.

Also, what about Covenant with Death (Brown/PG Curse) vs. Covenant with Death (Crimson EE)?

Same Art + Same Title = same card.  This is true for ALL characters and enhancements.  See King of Tyrus (Gold vs. Orange).  See also Gibeonite Trickery (brown vs. black).

Same Title + Same Brigade = same card.  This is true for enhancements and UNIQUE characters.  See Gabriel (Warriors vs Disciples).  See also Ointment (Warriors? vs. Deck C?)

Same Generic Title + Different art = different card.  This is true for Generic characters only.  See Pharisees, Pharisees, Pharisees.

Different art + Different Brigade = different card.  This is true for characters and enhancements.  See Bow and Arrow (good gold) and Bow and Arrow (gray).  See also David (red) and David (green).  See also Fortify Site (gray) and Fortify Site (black).

So does the Curse"ness" of the new Covenant with Death make them different cards?  Would there be a difference if one of the brigades on the Curse was Crimson? (And does anyone else find it a little odd that a Curse has Covenant in the name? ;))

More of a theoretical question, since I can't come up with a current example where it matters - does same brigade mean the cards share at least one brigade, or that one card has all the brigades of the other?  (I think the closest current example where it matters Siegeworks - the new one is Green/PG and the old one is multi-evil, but they have the same art, so they're the same card.)

Ha, yeah, Covenant of death! Yeah, I would say they're the same card.
