Correct, with the above modification. You must pay a cost, which is discarding X cards from your deck, in order to get the benefit. You can only pay that cost with an empty deck if X=0.

sometimes it can be, but honestly i think they should have kept it to a site because thtat's what it originally was and still should be. i realize that Sites are basically Forts now but it could still have the SA and still do the same thing except it can't hold an artifact, which we don't really need another one of those. Plus we could always use another Purple site with an SA for the Color Guard. it would also help Sadducees for EC's like Captain of the Temple Guard. i love cannot be negated capture, loving Babylonians and all, and Sadds could use a few more upgrades.
