Dominants do not interrupt anything, so no, you can't play a dominant in the middle of a special ability.If your opponent gives you a second SoG, I don't see why you can't play it.

second question- if you steal SoG by lucky chance with Thievery of Judas, can you play 2 SoG in one game?
