If Chariot of Fire is active and my hero loses a rescue attempt and is discarded, is that hero shuffled into my deck along with the others in my discard pile? or has it not reached the discard pile yet when Chariot activates.
Chariot of Fire -
Following your rescue attempt, return all Heroes in your discard pile to your draw pile. Shuffle draw pile.

If I have I Am Holy active, can I use its ability at the beginning of every turn, or do I have to activate it every other turn for it to work?
I Am Holy -
Upon activation, holder may discard a good card from hand to make an opponent discard an evil card from hand. If opponent has no evil cards in hand, opponent must reveal hand.
