1. I RA with random Gold Hero. Blocker uses Red Dragon. I play Sams Strength. Then I some how negate the Immunity on the Red Dragon. Would I then be ignoring Red Dragon? Or would I have to negate his Immunity before I can ignore him?

To ignore an evil character in battle you have to target it, if it is immune to you you cannot target it when you play Samson's Strength, and targets never get changed retroactively (unless the ability doing the targeting is interrupted, and even then only situationally so).Tschow,Tim "Sir Nobody" Maly
I'm the worst at finding threads, but I'm talking about the one where Bryon was insisting that ignore abilities don't target the ignored characters.
Cuz we love to fish.
Tim is correct. From the REG: A stalemate results when an ignore card is played after and against an immunity card (e.g., Mary plays Compassion of Jeremiah when blocked by Red Dragon. However, if the ignore card is played before the immunity card, the ignore will win. In other words, a character can’t become immune to a character that is already ignoring that character. Conversely, a character that is already immune continues to be immune even if ignored. Therefore, the result is a stalemate. The interpretation of ignore not targeting anything is not one we went with many years ago. It does not mean it is an invalid interpretation (as TheKarazyvicePresidentRR states), but it is one we did not go with many years ago.Mike
