Jephthah's Daughter SA:  You may banish this Hero to add Jephthah from deck , discard pile or Reserve to battle and choose a human in opponent's territory to block Jephthah.

Jephthah SA: Once per game , you may discard the top card of your deck to discard upto 2 evil characters.

Example:

A player begins a RA with Jephthah's Daughter and banishes the card to get Jephthah in battle and chooses a human to block in opponent's territory.

Question #1: What order would these two cards go in??

Would this be the correct order??

1st. Banish Jephthah's Daughter

2nd.  Add Jephthah to battle (lets say from deck) into battle

3rd. Use Jephthah's SA (discard two evil characters)

4th. Then choose a human in opponent's territory to block Jephthah??

Question #2 : If not what is the proper order for these special abilities to activate in??

Question #3 : Where in the rules does it state what order special abilities should activate in??

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

Any effect or game action that plays a card in a manner that its ability will activate always activates the played card's ability before continuing on with the playing card's ability.

The best explanation is probably under Activate in the REG Glossary:
Quote from: REG 6.0.0>Glossary>Activate
Activate
Activate can mean four things:
•A player can activate an Artifact by putting it face up on their Artifact pile or another location that allows an activated Artifact to be put there, or by declaring that a face-up Artifact remains active.
•The special ability of a card activates when the card is played, unless it is a non-territory class character or rainbow site being put in territory.
•When the special ability on a card activates, the abilities on a card activate in the order printed on the card or order gained, unless changed by the Ability Activation Order.

•Effects of an ability activate depending on the method of activation – immediate, activated or triggered.

Question:
If Jephthah's Daughter is added to a battle already in progress, how would this play out? If you chose to discard an EC in battle, would you then have to choose a replacement?
ANB is good. Change my mind.

The choose isn't optional, so you'd have to choose a blocker as long as one was available.
