Can you play 4 hormah and if so if one EC gets discarded would all 4 go beneath deck
Depends on the size of your deck as far as the number of Hormah, but the concept is correct, yes. If the trigger occurs (your EC is discarded, even by the numbers), then it can trigger any and all Hormah you have.
You can have 1 site with a special ability per 50 cards in the deck. Now, technically that would mean you could have 5 if you used a 252 card T2 deck (the maximum), but there is a rule that caps all cards to 4 copies in any deck, so you could have the 4 Hormah you mentioned, but only in a 200-252 card T2 deck.
But yes, you are correct that you can play the same site multiple times and multiple copies of Hormah can be triggered by a single discard.
