Title: Upkeep Phase and Set-Asides

Let's say I set aside a hero with Pentecost. It's the next turn and my opponent is going to play Mayhem. I know I have to give it the tick, but is the drawing done in the upkeep phase, or can I lay down cards before I draw?

Set-asides return during the prep phase. You may choose the order of all your prep phase abilities.
