Unity counts cards you control, so set aside cards would need to meet unity for unity to work right?

Also, the new card that can make someone a king of judah, that would make them royalty, right? Just wanted to confirm

Correct on both counts.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

So now you can make a hero a royal that wasn't born or married into roayality, how is that different that moses being made a price by being adoped by pharaoh?  To me it feels the same

There are several way to add brigades to a character that don't make Biblical sense since the brigades represent certain themes (Especially brigades like silver) and no one complains about those being inaccurate. There's a difference between making cards accurate at face value and allowing game mechanics to create game interactions that don't always make sense (Jesus being arrested in the garden plus some generic philosophers can keep Son of God from saving anyone's soul forever????).

For clarity sake Unity is for cards that you both own and control. Control alone will not break unity. The card must have come from your deck or Reserve.

Because Hebrews 11:24.

This might not be a topic for this thread, but while I understand that verse means current versions of Moses don't have the royalty identifier, I don't see why that prevents a card being made of him during his time as a prince of Egypt before he chose to renounce that background.

I would love to see a puple moses, prince of Egypt, since we have 3 different t David's for different points in his life, I think this would be really good.  Have his discard a evil human regardless of protection, set himself aside for 3 turns, and return changed to green and remove the identifier
