Hey,
If I have Covenant with Moses active as an artifact I am not allowed to play a Covenant with Moses as an enhancement in battle, correct?
Now what if, I have Covenant with Moses active as an artifact and I attack with a Gold hero. My opponent plays Lying unto God discarding my Covenant with Moses. I now don't have a Covenant with Moses in play, so I play Covenant with Moses as an enhancement. I somehow still have initiative so I play Bow and Arrow (Kings) to negate Lying Unto God which brings back the Covenant with Moses I was using as an artifact. I now have two copies of Covenant with Moses in play. What happens?

What happens when you have multiple unique characters in play? You choose which to discard. I think that would apply here as well.

Idk why you couldn't have multiple Cov with moses in play as long as one or BOTH were an enhancement.

I agree with RR. Enhancements are never unique, so you don't count any of the covenants used as enhancements.
In other words, ARTIFACTS (and cards used as artifacts) are unique. Enhancements are not unique and do not count when determining whether a covenant or curse is in play.

So the uniqueness rule for covenants and curses is simply that you cannot have more than one of them active as an artifact at a time...it would have been really nice to know that at nationals last year...
I am surprised, but very pleasantly so.
