I have David and Abigail banded together in battle, my opponent blocks with Haman which will send king amazing
King Lemuel and King jotham to set aside, so I do throne of David and use that to play unified kingdom on David. There is a benaniah in my opponents territory that I band into battle, now what happens?
Do my guys come back from set aside, does David go into my territory because the band is negated? Does unified kingdom still have CBN?
Can I band in my heroes?
What happens here? ??? :-\

Benaniah will negate Haman, bringing them back from set aside. You can not band to them, since they were not in play at the time you played the band ability. Abigail's band to David is also negated, so he would return to territory. You would be left with Abigail, Benaniah and whoever else you band in with unified Kingdom.

So I can band in anyone I want except the people that were brought back from set aside?

Yes. Unified Kingdom was CBN, so you can band to anyone except the characters set aside and David. Any OT human heroes, that is.
