If Recruiting Officer is defeated by Potiphar's Wife, where does he go?

"Play first" special abilities are different; the rules specify that whoever gained the initiative first is the one who uses it first. In this case, I would say the exact opposite: since Pot's Wife's SA activated later, hers would have precedence. But I'm not positive on that - it's pretty much just a gut feeling.

Hoever, if Potiphar's wife played let's say swift horses, and then play a kill card, both abilities would be interrupted and the officer would die normally.

wait, if you play an interrupt  and kill card then wouldn't R officer's special ability kick back in?   

nope, cause it's interrupted until the kill card takes effect, and by then officer would already be dead, by whatever means you used.

I would think that Officer's SA wouldn't come back since it was interrupted when he was removed, but when the discard ability is over Potiphar's Wife would remain, and her ability would kick back in and officer would go to the rescuer's LoB. That's what I think, at least.
