I think you all may be slightly wrong. IIrc, set-asides that target the opposite alignment or opponent's cards and are not territory class only work in battle, while set-asides that target your own cards of same-alignment or have TC can be played and work from territory.
Right. You can use it in your territory to set aside two of your human Evil Characters until SoG is played. Or you can use it in battle to set aside any two humans.
Wow. We have played this card wrong for a LONG time. It suddenly just diminished in power a great deal, as we always thought you could play this outside of battle on opponent's humans
